What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®) was developed and streamlined by Dolores Cannon during her 45-year hypnosis career. She created an environment where the subconscious could recall the core reasons for trauma or challenges in this lifetime or a past life.
The hypnosis portion of QHHT involves induction to a deeply relaxed Theta state. We all experience this state when we first wake up in the morning and right before we fall asleep. It is a familiar state to both body and mind. This is where a beautifully guided regression process begins and this special technique becomes key for accessing the vast knowledge stored by the Higher Self.

What Is a Hypnosis Session Like?
An Inner journey, guided in a safe space.
Sessions begin with a discussion. We talk about why you came, discover important issues and go over all of your questions.
Then with understanding and compassion, I will guide you to connect with your Higher Self and with the power of your subconscious (SC), where vast knowledge is stored and can be accessed.
You may experience early childhood memories, past lives, a life between lives, and more. Whatever you recall will be the most appropriate time and place you need to see. This allows you to recognize core causes and receive important messages for yourself. Often there is an integration of healing energies that can lead to incredible changes in your life.
By the end of the session, most if not all of your questions will be answered and you may experience several levels of healing.
Afterwards, we will have a short discussion about your experience and how to continue to integrate the healing and information you received from your Higher Self. Most sessions run between 4-6 hours.
Finally, a link to your private audio recording will be sent by email for downloading to any device. It is yours to listen to as often as you wish.

Each session is private, confidential, and can be recorded for your personal use. This allows you the space to explore your thoughts and questions openly, without pressure.
