My name is Debbie Fields, and I’m so glad you found me.

It’s people like you, courageous and willing to grow who keep me inspired to continue this work. Helping others heal, become effective creators, and awaken to their highest potential is my life’s calling—and my greatest joy.

I’m a Certified QHHT® Practitioner, Spiritual Counselor, and Holistic Life Coach, and for over three decades, I’ve helped clients create lasting, soul-aligned change in their lives.

Think of me as a friendly guide with a cosmic toolkit, here to help you release what no longer serves you and tap into your deepest wisdom and abilities.

Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of people in finding freedom from anxiety, fear, and self-doubt. Together, we’ve tackled everything from health challenges and heartbreak to financial ruts and career confusion.

My passion? Helping you “level up,” whatever that means for your life, whether it’s finally writing that book, finding your voice, healing your body, or just feeling whole again.

So How Did I End Up Here?

Let’s just say… It was a bit conscious and a bit unconscious direction. Some things I was very aware of, and some thing were revealed over time.

By the time I was four years old, I was very aware that the physical world was only part of a much grander picture. I had daily experiences of connection and I felt the energy of everything and everyone. Luckily, my parents were open-minded. My dad was a curious soul with a love for science and the metaphysical. We had many conversations at a deep level and this helped me feel right at home exploring the mysteries of the universe.

At seven, I had my first wide-awake, past life recall. I had many in dreams before this, but this one explained my intense desire at such a young age, to live in New York City and work in investment banking, (spoiler: I had been there in 1933).

By age twelve, after an extraordinary visitation from a radiant spiritual Being—yes, an actual Ascended Master—I became an active student of universal law and metaphysical truth. You could say I’ve been in “advanced Soul school” ever since.

Years later, while working on Wall Street, my firm sponsored employees to take special courses, where we learned to shift from a reactive (victim oriented) mindset to becoming conscious creators of our own lives. It was during this time of realization that, “every thought we think creates an effect” that I discovered my true calling: first as a Structural Life Coach, and eventually as a Spiritual Counselor as well.

The Work Today

These spiritual experiences have only deepened over time, helping me understand who I really am as Soul and how the universe actually works. I’m still learning (always will be), but I now get to help others navigate their own journeys with insight, compassion, and a few cosmic breadcrumbs along the way.

When I experienced my own Structural Life Coaching session some 35 years ago it was life altering. Epiphany after epiphany unfolded. It’s why I trained in it along with several other various life coaching modalities to help others experience great change in their lives. I now call my consolidated “best of” method, Holistic Life Coaching.

More recently, when I experienced my own QHHT® session, it was a game-changer. I journeyed through lifetimes on Earth and beyond, and received crystal-clear guidance from my Higher Self. Some lives were dazzling, others quietly meaningful. Every scene offered a piece of the puzzle I’d been trying to solve. It felt like the universe was handing me a personal map… with a few past-life postcards thrown in for good measure.

I left that session physically and emotionally lighter and incredibly excited. By the time I pulled into my driveway, I knew I had to become a QHHT practitioner and offer the service to my clients. It wasn’t just powerful—it was sacred. I now offer this incredible method to anyone ready to heal, awaken, and tap into their own multidimensional self.

My earlier work focused on helping clients uncover and shift the mental patterns that hold them back, things like limiting beliefs and inner conflicts.

That’s still part of what I do. But with Quantum Healing Hypnosis we can now go straight to the source. Instead of wrestling with mental beliefs or emotional reasons, we access the originating cause, often buried in childhood, past lives, or parallel experiences and neutralize it. It’s quantum – it’s multi-dimensional, fast, and often miraculous.

What I've Learned About Transformation Is This

We are not broke, we’re simply learning what we don’t want.
We don’t have to earn healing.
Moving from a reactionary mind to a masterful creator is a powerful way to live.
It’s not letting go of fear, but being brave, that transforms us.
